Any advisory relationship, mandate or engagement only comes into force once both parties have signed a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, disclosure documents and applicable regulatory terms. These Terms do not amend or override the terms of any such signed engagement.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, logo, and underlying design system, is the property of Ardelio Financial Advisory (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No other reproduction, distribution or modification is permitted without our prior written consent.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts having jurisdiction over Cape Town.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
